30-day return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the supplement must be unopened and unused. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@greenpulselife.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
